One lonely mischievous Knubblechen looking for a loving little girl to give me a home.

I am a Knubblechen and tonight on Christmas Eve I was born.

All was going well at first.

I learned I love pictures and cuddles.

Here I am with Uncle Cecil enjoying cuddles.

He even let me play computer games. Those are fun.

I tried to give him kisses. That was where my trouble began.

Then I went for a ride on his dog.

I also got hungry.
Do you ever just want some chips?
I liked them so much I almost fell in.

Have you ever got in trouble when you didn't even know you were doing wrong?
I did.
A lot.

I need a home with a little girl that can teach me to behave. That will take a lot of pictures and post them for friends and family to see our adventures together. I need a name as well.

Will you be that girl?

I've started a bookblog

Since I tend to listen to books as  I stitch I started a book blog with some friends and family. We are having a giveaway in our welcome post. Plus our book review of Broken Promises by Belinda Boring available as ebook and paperback who will be stopping back by for this Feature Friday.  The book blog is adult since it's for romance of all sub genre's including my favorite paranornormal! Some of the books will end up being erotic but not all. So if it interests you please stop by. We are giving away a pair of knitted fingerless gloves and 2 bookmark thongs. Hope to see some of my stitching buddies there. =) I've been doing more knitting with the fall and winter which is why I haven't been posting here.

Steelers Update

Finished 4 pgs so far. No way I can finish it by the first of Sept. But I am still going to see how close I can get. The kids started K12. So far I've spoken to Brayden's (son,4th grade teacher) and as of yet I haven't gotten a call from Kalista's (daughter,2nd grade teacher). I really hope she doesn't try calling after 3 since I will be out with Hubby celebrating our 11th yr anniversary. Geez, 32 yrs old and married 11yrs. That's pretty awesome!  I finished Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter and starting the first book of Game of Thrones.  Time to start getting rdy for my date. Geez a date! Wow! With the kids about we don't get many of those.

But still going to try. I took this off my phone so the colors are not true. But it gives the basic idea. Its gorgeous! I will take the nxt update pic with the camera.  And I'm not even a Steelers fan. Back to work I go.

Comments welcome. I know they were turned off for a while. IDK why an over site on my part.

Stitching

The BOO is what my son picked out b4 Cecil left for Korea. He wanted because his nickname is Boo. I finally finished it a few days ago.

The little diet pieces I did out of a magazine. I thought they were just too cute and I need more magnets. Haha, they are not made into magnets yet but they are stitched! They didn't take long to stitch up and I used the fabric my 7yr daughter dyed for them.

I've been working on my Greek Mandala yesterday and today. Making good progress. It's been a while since I worked on it and I'd like to get it finished before the yr is out so I can start the Serengeti Mandala. I'm waiting for fabric for Sleepy Hollow and for the Serengeti Mandala. Seems Silkweavers is taking a long time. A piece I guess was lost and they resent it but now waiting for this big order from them it's got me very stressed that it's not here yet. It's over $100 worth of fabric! I love the company and I'm sure it will get here soon. Or I'll talk to them about it.

A lot going on here and still recovering from surgery.

Happily Ever After Wedding Record dk pink done

I finished this afternoon. I love the way it came out. I made my own adjustments to give it more of a free feel vs the framed feel it had. It still needs the names and wedding date but those will go on at the very last minute. Now to dye some fabric and stitch one in purple!

I'm stuck having surgery

Well I found out my gallbladder hasn't been working for some time now. It's just a stone holder and has to go and go quickly. But Cecil has a trip out of town and we get to go with him for once so my Dr. ran a ton of tests and we agreed to do it on the 8th.

Updates, a finish, and a new Haed

Me and our kids
Ok the pics with at Wichita Falls, TX after my sister in law's wedding. We stopped by the falls after the weekend of her wedding was over on way back home to OK. It was a lovely wedding. I"ll have to try to remember the pic of my girl dancing with her daddy when my girl is married! It was so cute!  My girl and her cousin Gabbi were given a set of the brides maids flowers to see at the reception. They are so cute! And my boy making sure the girls weren't getting into trouble when they were off running around playing with the other girls just had to bring them to me to let me know they didn't take them they were given them to play with for a little bit. HAHA! He's such a great kid.

My handsome hubby with our kids.

Kalista dancing with Daddy.

LK Boo Club

LK Boo Club a UFO. I love the way it turned out but I still need to get it framed.

Some how I got the pics out of order. HAHA!
Gabbi (1 of their many cousins) My son Brayden, and daughter Kalista

My New Haed
Haed Nene Thomas Lavender Serenade.
Nene is one of my favorite artist I have 5 pieces signed and her book. They frequent at one of my Dh's favorite local privately owned shops. But out of respect for the owner who isn't an art seller and of Nene and her Dh's privacy no I won't say where.  When my DH was promoted almost 2 yrs ago he surprised me that instead of paying bills we were going out to pick out art from my favorite artist for the walls instead! I got to be doubly surprised when we Accidentally ran into Steven in the store when we stopped in a shop my Dh's goes to a lot! Steven is a wonderfully sweet man and asked which pieces I was looking for. After talking for awhile, he was very patient with me, I decided on 5 pieces. Steven dropped them off to me and surprise Nene had signed them! And for my Bday last yr DH, the shop owner, ( I won't name his name), Steven and Nene shocked me with a signed copy of their first book! I always have to squee about that bit of luck. I never ever get lucky like that! So for me its truly a special treat!

I dyed this piece for a wedding sampler/record. I will have to do another in purple for another person. Both when done will be wedding presents. 1 however is already late. But she'll love it all the same. Doing the one that is upcoming first. I love the way the color turned out!
